It is located at the Jinniu Hi-tech Industrial Park, the North West of Chengdu, China. The project occupies a total site area of 53 mu with an aggregate GFA of approximately 140,000 ㎡. It has a 3.0 floor area ratio, 40% greening rate, 2 Grade A office buildings and 5 garden-style office houses.
